The Forum will host the country's senior government officials, local and foreign investors and leading companies, renowned scholars and foreign dignitaries. The Forum will explore six priority areas: manufacturing and import substitution, energy, opportunities in transport and logistics, agribusiness and tourism.
This year, the overarching theme is the application of modern technologies in strengthening the national product competitiveness and helping companies to localize manufacturing in Tajikistan. Light and textiles industry, agriprocessing, mining and construction materials will be in focus. Attention will be paid to transport, trade logistics and travel, including to the recent improvements in export-import procedures and tourism services.
To broaden dialogue among all stakeholders, the Forum will host a business-to-business (B2B) networking event and allow for separate meetings with state officials. Such meetings would not only foster partnerships, but also help the Government to understand entrepreneurs’ expectations.
This forum offers more opportunities to establish new contacts and partnerships, and promotes better business environment.
